PalForge is a fully client-side application. All save file parsing runs in your browser via Rust compiled to WebAssembly. No data is ever transmitted to any server.
What We Collect
- Anonymous usage analytics— We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which features are used (e.g., "someone calculated a breeding path"). No personally identifiable information is collected.
- Language preference— Stored in your browser's localStorage so the UI renders in your chosen language on return visits.
What We Don't Collect
- Your save file or Palbox contents
- Personal identity information
- IP addresses (anonymized by GA4)
- Cookies (beyond localStorage for language)
Third-Party Services
We use Vercel for hosting and Google Analytics for anonymous usage metrics. Neither has access to your save data.
